Kathleen Tevenan has extensive work experience in customer success and account management. Kathleen began their career in 1987 as an Intern at Suffolk University. In 1995, they became a National Account Manager AWS at Lightbridge. Kathleen then moved to Dell in 2001, where they worked as a Programme Manager. In 2008, they joined Phase Forward as an Engagement Manager. In 2010, they were hired as a Strategic Accounts Manager at PlumChoice. In 2017, they became a Corporate Account Manager at CloudHealth Technologies, Inc. Kathleen then moved to Mimecast in 2012, where they held the roles of Principal Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts, Sr. Customer Success Manager, and Account Manager, Customer Experience. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Theta Lake as a Sr. Customer Success Manager.

Kathleen Tevenan earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School in 1991, majoring in Marketing. Kathleen later attended The Coaches Training Institute from 2010 to 2011. In 2017, they obtained an AWS Business Professional Certification from Amazon Web Services.
