Jason Strong

Jason Strong is a seasoned networking professional with extensive experience in IT and network engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Networking Engineer at Theta (NZ) since August 2023, Jason previously held roles as a Security and Network Engineer at Cybersmart Ltd and a Senior Network Engineer at Spark Digital NZ, where responsibilities included project management and acting as an escalation point for network issues. Jason's career also includes roles as a Systems Engineer at Vo2 Digital Thinking, providing managed IT services, and as a Managing Director of The Housesitting Company, where business management skills were honed. Early career experience as a Systems Engineer at Flying Canoe Ltd involved providing IT support to small businesses. Jason holds a diploma in IT from the Computer Power Institute and completed studies at Westlake Boys High School.
