Ponda Sullivan

Ponda joined Tangram in January of 2021 after spending eighteen years with a for-profit healthcare organization. Ponda has over thirty years combined experience in all aspects of human resources, purchasing, billing, and customer service. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently finishing up her Master’s in Employment Law. As the Director of Human Resources for Tangram, Ponda serves as a strategic business partner helping the organization meet its goals. She is dedicated to building relationships, leadership development, and being a culture champion. When she is not at work, Ponda enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
