Seth Stafford

Seth Stafford is a highly experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Scientist at ThetaRho since March 2023. Prior to this role, Seth held multiple key positions at ServiceNow, including Director of Machine Learning Engineering, where leadership was provided for the integration of Natural Language Query technology, and Director of Applications Development, responsible for building an engineering team and developing a competitive IT Financial Management offering. Previous experience includes several director-level roles at Oracle Corporation overseeing mobile app development, Fusion Applications architecture, and innovative ERP solutions that enhanced supply-chain efficiency. Seth's early career encompassed software engineering at Knowledge Revolution and academic roles at prestigious institutions such as MIT and Northwestern University. Seth holds a PhD in Mathematics from Cornell University.
