Susana Ines P.

Susana Ines Perez, PhD, is an accomplished academic and professional in the fields of education, theater, and cultural studies. Currently serving as a Professor and Director of the Máster ELE program at Universidad Camilo José Cela since January 2020, Susana also holds the position of Regional Managing Editor for TheTheatreTimes.com in Spain since July 2018. Susana's extensive experience includes roles as an Academic Tutor at UNIR - La Universidad en Internet, where responsibilities included directing theses in the Máster Estudios Avanzados Teatro, and as a writer for various publications such as Teatro a Teatro, Culturamas, EnPlatea, and Revista Red Carpet. Additional past roles include Professor of English at Centro Universitario Villanueva and English-Spanish Translator for Malpaso Ediciones / Jus ediciones. Academically, Susana holds a Ph.D. in Hispanic Studies and Theater and Performance Studies from the University of Chicago, an M.A. in Cultural Studies from Columbia University, and a Licenciatura in English Philology from Universidad de Salamanca, complemented by an exchange year at the University at Buffalo.
