Tarlan Rasulov is a distinguished cultural professional and educator currently serving as the National Expert for EU4Culture since November 2023. With extensive experience in the arts sector, Tarlan has held prominent roles including Director of the Cultural Centre at Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA) since 2021, where responsibilities include teaching arts management and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and Director of dOM Theatre, the first interactive theatre in Azerbaijan, Tarlan fosters creative engagement in the performing arts. Additional roles include Artistic Director at the Center for Creative Initiatives, Regional Managing Editor for TheTheatreTimes.com, and Head of the Experimental Theater Laboratory at The Azerbaijan Theater Union from 2018 to 2023. A prolific independent literary translator, Tarlan has adapted over 200 films and plays for Azerbaijani audiences. Tarlan Rasulov’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Theater directing and ongoing doctoral studies in Arts and Theatre studies from Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Fine Arts.
