Bessy L Blanco is an experienced professional dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence and advocating for marginalized communities. Currently serving as the Break the Cycle Program Manager and Care Coordinator at The Women's Center since November 2018, Bessy provides care management and advocacy services, facilitates support groups, and conducts outreach training. Prior roles include Parent Resource Coordinator at the Ed Bohrer Parent Resource Center, Bilingual Domestic Violence Victim Advocate at The Women's Center, and various coordination and legal roles in property management, nonprofit advocacy, and legal assistance. Bessy has a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from the University of El Salvador and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Salvadoran University Alberto Masferrer, alongside extensive experience in legal advising with the Attorney General's Office in El Salvador.
