Amy Long

Head of Customer Experience at TheySaid

Amy Long has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Amy started their career in 1999 at Thinking Caps Design as a Designer and Project Manager. Amy then worked as an Environmental Graphic Designer at JRC Design in 2004. In 2005, Amy became the Proprietor of Aprils Garden, where they managed all aspects of the business and implemented marketing strategies. Amy joined Obsidian Network in 2017, initially as a Business Development professional and later as the Vice President of Sales. From 2015 to 2018, Amy owned and operated Longsight, LLC, where they provided small business coaching, strategic planning, and design consulting services. In 2018, they joined GitPrime as a Corporate Account Executive and later took on the role of Customer Success Manager. Amy continued their career at Pluralsight, first as an Enterprise Customer Success Director for GitPrime and then as the Director of Commercial Customer Success. At Zonos, where they worked from 2021 to 2022, Amy served as the Vice President of Customer Success, leading three customer-facing teams and implementing processes for efficient onboarding and support. Most recently, Amy has been the Head of Customer Experience at Retain.ai since 2022, where they have been responsible for enhancing customer insights and delivering value at scale.

Amy Long attended the University of Cincinnati from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Graphic Design.
