Kamala Hartig, FLMI, ACS, AIAA, AIRC, has over 23 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Kamala began their professional career in 1997 as the Social Services Director at ManorCare, where they served for two and a half years. In 2000, they joined Comcast as a Tech Support representative, contributing to the company's customer service efforts until 2005.

In 2006, Kamala joined John Hancock Financial Network as an AA, providing administrative support for almost three years. Kamala then transitioned to THG Financial Strategies in 2008, initially serving as the Director of Operations for over a decade. In 2019, Kamala was promoted to Vice President, Culture & Engagement at THG Financial Strategies, where they currently work.

With a diverse background in operations, administration, customer service, and leadership, Kamala brings a wealth of experience to their current role, making significant contributions to the company's culture and engagement strategies.
