Chris Ruddock is an experienced merchandising professional with a robust career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Merchandising at THG Ingenuity since November 2020, Chris drives direct-to-consumer growth and oversees best-in-class merchandising facilities for a diverse range of international clients. Prior roles include leading merchandising teams at DW Fitness First, N Brown Group, GO Outdoors LTD, and JJB Sports, where Chris successfully developed strategic visions, implemented best practices, and managed cross-functional teams. Chris began the career as a Trainee Merchandiser at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill and holds a BA in Geography & Management Studies from the University of Leeds.
