Damian Sanders

Damian is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and was a Senior Audit Partner at Deloitte LLP for over 20 years, including several years as the leader of Deloitte’s Technology Practice in the North of England where major clients included AO World plc and EG Group.

Damian has extensive experience advising international listed companies on audit, accounting, corporate governance and other regulatory and compliance matters as well as advising on business strategy. He is currently a non-executive director of Cineworld Group plc and senior independent director of Victorian Plumbing Group plc.
