Rishi Khanna MRICS possesses extensive expertise in property and asset management, currently serving as the Head of Property & Asset Management at THG since May 2020, overseeing a global portfolio of over 100 assets across various sectors including office, logistics, retail, leisure, and residential. Previously, Rishi held progressive roles at Workman LLP from January 2013 to April 2020, managing industrial and office portfolios and significantly contributing to the transformation of the NOMA mixed-use quarter in Manchester. Additional experience includes positions at Philip Gifford & Associates and Tapp Chartered Surveyors, focusing on property management and marketing. Rishi holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Real Estate Management from Northumbria University.
