Simon Mikolajek

Simon Mikolajek is an experienced data professional currently serving as the Data Manager for Finance Systems at THG since November 2016. In this capacity, Simon leads a team of BI/Data Engineers to develop and optimize a comprehensive reporting platform for financial and operational reporting. Previous roles at THG include Business Intelligence Team Lead and Senior BI Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed the development of a reporting platform and data migration management. Simon's prior experience includes positions at Marks and Spencer, where contributions involved building reporting platforms and operational data stores, and at XPO Logistics, focusing on logistics support and operational management. Simon holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from WSB Merito Universities, expected in 2026, and has foundational qualifications from XII High School.
