Shane Hofer

Shane Hofer is an accomplished professional with a robust background in personnel management and policy coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Personnel at Thiel Capital since March 2022, Shane previously held the position of Operations Associate within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles such as Tax and Domestic Economic Policy Coordinator at the National Association of Manufacturers from June 2021 to March 2022, and Advance Representative at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from May 2019 to December 2021.
