Allyson Dias

Allyson Dias runs the day-to-day operations of the Thiel Fellowship. Started by billionaire-investor Peter Thiel in 2011, the fellowship awards grants of $100,000 to young people 22 and younger to drop out of school and start a company. Dias is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh and is the daughter of Kenyan immigrants.
