Jay Keyes

Jay Keyes has extensive experience in the IT industry, spanning over two decades. Jay has held various leadership roles in several notable companies.

From 1997 to 2000, Jay worked at IDX, now known as GE Healthcare, where they supported mission-critical data networks and managed the Year 2000 program for hosted medical software installations.

In 2000, Jay joined Modus Media International, where they served as a Network Engineer. Jay played a crucial role in architecting and deploying global network and telephony infrastructure for multiple international sites.

In 2001, Jay worked as a Senior Consultant at Softsense, Inc., before rejoining Modus Media International as the Manager of IT Operations. In this role, they led the support team and was responsible for the design and delivery of application services in an ASP/SaaS model.

From 2004 to 2007, Jay held various roles within ModusLink's Open Channel Solutions division. Jay directed the Product Support team, managed global IT Operations, and led large-scale infrastructure deployments for enterprise software.

From 2017 to 2021, Jay worked at NWN Corporation, first as the Senior Director of Managed Services for Carousel Industries and later as the Vice President of Managed Services for the combined NWN Carousel company.

Jay's most recent role is the Director of IT & Business Applications at Thielsch Engineering, where they are responsible for the company's internal business systems and IT infrastructure.

Throughout their career, Jay has demonstrated strong leadership skills, achieving high customer satisfaction scores and exceeding service level agreements. Jay has extensive experience in IT strategy, cloud services, and managed services.

Jay Keyes attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1995 to 2000, although the degree name and field of study are unspecified.
