Alexandra Williams is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the institutional market, currently serving as Senior Regional Sales Manager at Thieme International since January 2013. In this role, Alexandra oversees business development for Thieme's digital portfolio targeted at academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and corporate clients in the Northeastern USA and Eastern Canada. Prior positions at Thieme include Regional Sales Manager and Sales Manager for Institutional Sales, as well as an early career as a Sales Associate/Account Manager and in marketing roles at Georg Thieme Verlag. Alexandra began their professional journey as an Analytical Chemist at the PowerGen Power Technology Center. Educational credentials include a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham and an ongoing MSc in Chemistry at Stevens Institute of Technology.
