Marlon McWilliams

Marlon McWilliams is an experienced operations and administrative professional with a strong background in retail support and coordination. Currently serving as Operations Coordinator and Assistant to the Senior Vice President at Thieme International since February 2023, Marlon previously held multiple roles at RIMOWA from March 2019 to January 2023, including Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and Retail Coordinator for North America, where responsibilities included training retail teams on internal systems. Prior to that, Marlon worked at Urban Outfitters from August 2013 to February 2019 as Operations Manager, overseeing shipping and receiving processes and implementing loss prevention standards in a high-volume retail environment. Marlon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Hartford, earned in 2013.
