David Stalker has extensive experience in management roles within the water and rail industries. Currently serving as the Thiess Sydney Water Contract Manager and Water Operations Manager NSW since November 2013, David oversees a large-scale operation with a contract value of $500 million, managing over 200 staff and more than 150 subcontractors across 50 sites. Prior to this, David held various managerial positions at UGL Rail from 2007 to present, including General Manager Business Improvement, Operations Manager, and Asset Management Group Leader, focusing on operational efficiency and asset management principles. David's career began at Qantas as a Lean Sigma Manager from 1988 to 2006. Educational qualifications include studies at General Electric's Transportation Division and Gymea Technical College, along with attendance at Caringbah High School.
