Lance Matthews

Lance Matthews is an experienced professional in health, safety, environment, quality, and training (HSEQ) management, currently serving as the Head of HSEQ Australia West and General Manager HSEQT at MACA Ltd since August 2020. Prior to this, Lance held the position of Regional Health, Safety and Training Manager at Downer from October 2011 to August 2020, providing corporate health and safety support across multiple mining locations. Additionally, Lance worked at HWE Mining Pty Limited from October 2005 to September 2011, where responsibilities included the management of safety systems and compliance for various projects and divisions. Lance holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Edith Cowan University, completed between 2005 and 2009.
