Neal Stanton

Neal Stanton is an experienced professional in the explosives and mining industries, currently serving as the Business Development Bid and Proposal Manager at Thiess since July 2023. As Chief Executive Officer of Patriot Powder since October 2016, Stanton oversees an independent commercial explosives company focused on various markets including mining and construction. With a strong background in business development, Stanton founded Leaders in Mining & Engineering Business Development in 2013 and previously held the role of Business Development Manager at Harrison Western from October 2021 to June 2023. Prior experience includes key positions at BME USA Inc., Stu Blattner Raise Boring Services, and Orica, where Stanton managed significant budgets, developed marketing strategies, and led project management initiatives. Stanton holds a BS in Mining Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
