Rick Barbeler

Rick Barbeler has extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as Project Manager at RTL Mining and Earthworks Pty Ltd since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rick held various positions at Thiess, including Mining Manager and Projects from March 2012 to present, and Drill & Blast Project Superintendent from July 2013 to present. In these roles, responsibilities included providing leadership through technical advice, coaching, and mentoring, as well as overseeing equipment utilization and cost management to maximize production within budget. Rick also served as Production Manager at Hse from February 2011 to February 2012.
