Jennifer Palhares

Jennifer Palhares is an experienced expert in organization and product management, currently working at Thiga as both a product management coach and trainer at Thiga Academy. Jennifer oversees the “PM Data Informed” training and actively contributes to the growth of the product community at Thiga through various initiatives, including recruitment and client engagements. Previously, Jennifer served as a Product Manager focusing on Machine Learning at Tiime, and held a senior role at Witco as a Senior Product Manager, leading teams in developing key workplace experience products. With a robust background in data analytics and business intelligence across companies such as happytal, Shift Technology, and Epson France, Jennifer has extensive expertise in improving decision-making through data, managing teams, and delivering impactful solutions. Jennifer holds an engineering degree in Business Intelligence and has obtained multiple certifications in Microsoft technologies and Scrum methodology.
