Lily Stanton, HIA, CLCS

Lily Stanton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lily started their career as a hostess at Haymaker Patio Grill in 2015 and then worked as a waitress at Truffles Cafe - Belfair in 2016. In 2017, they had a role as a hostess at WiseGuys Steakhouse with the SERG Restaurant Group.

In 2018, Lily gained marketing and customer relations experience as an intern at Technomarine Manufacturing Inc. Lily also interned at PruittHealth, where they assisted in marketing campaigns and provided companionship and support to patients and caregivers.

From 2019 to 2021, Lily worked as a commercial insurance broker at Marsh & McLennan Agency - Florida. In this role, they managed property and casualty programs for clients and built strategic partnerships through a consultative approach.

Currently, Lily is employed at Thimble as a Senior Customer Success Advocate. Lily started as a Customer Success Advocate in 2021 and was promoted to the senior position in April 2022.

Lily Stanton attended the Darla Moore School of Business from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. Lily also studied Marketing at the University of South Carolina from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, Lily participated in a program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2017, they completed a course at Wall Street Prep, specializing in Financial Statement, DCF, LBO, M&A Modeling, and Excel. Prior to their university studies, Lily obtained their High School Diploma from Northfield Mount Hermon in 2015.

In terms of certifications, Lily obtained the Health Insurance Associate (HIA) certification from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) in January 2020. Lily also holds certifications as an Insurance Agent for Health, Property, and Casualty from the Florida Department of Financial Services, obtained in June 2020. Additionally, Lily is certified as an Insurance Agent for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life, and Variable Annuities, attained in November 2019 from the same institution. Lastly, they completed the Inbound Sales certification from HubSpot Academy in September 2018.
