Tom Lietha

Tom Lietha has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tom started their career in 1974 as an Operations Manager at Midtex. In 1987, they became the Director at Thn Film Technology and held this position until 2016. From 2001 to 2012, they also worked as a Director at Mankato Area Foundation. In 2006, they took on the role of CEO at Thin Film Technology and remained in this position until 2015 when they became the CFO at Thin Film Technology Corporation.

Tom Lietha obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology, with a concentration in General Engineering, from Saint Cloud State University. Tom attended this institution from 1969 to 1973. Following that, Tom pursued their higher education at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where they completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in the field of Business. This degree was earned between the years 1974 and 1976.
