Cindy Anderson

Cynthia Anderson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and finance. As Chief Executive Officer at Thinc since July 2012, Cynthia guides businesses through various stages of growth and development. Prior to Thinc, Cynthia co-founded RSM US LLP, serving as Director of Consulting Services from January 2008 to July 2012, and led CD Anderson PC as CEO until its sale to McGladrey in 2008. Cynthia's earlier roles include Chief Financial Officer at Boney Management, where responsibilities included overseeing finance and human resource operations for entities with significant construction revenue, and finance positions at Training Systems, Inc., and Cobble Management, Inc. Cynthia holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from Tennessee Technological University.
