Manisha Verma

Manisha Verma has been working in the financial services industry since 2007. Manisha started their career as a Branch Credit Manager at ICICI Bank, where they were responsible for handling Home Loan and Mortgages business for several cities in multiple states. Her duties included researching and evaluating the clients' creditworthiness, approving or rejecting loan requests based on credibility and potential revenues and losses, performing client site visits, managing, mentoring and supervising employees, and directing, organizing, training and leading a team. Manisha was also responsible for managing operations, credit checks, sales responsibilities, ensuring that established bank procedures and policies were being followed, and proper documentation, accounting and reporting. In addition, they were involved in reducing NPAs and delinquencies, and following up with clients to manage debt settlement, loan renewals and new business opportunities. In 2017, Manisha Verma moved to Adeptek Consulting, where they worked as a Business Analyst. Currently, they are employed at Think AI Corporation as a Project Lead.

Manisha Verma received their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur between 2002 and 2005. Manisha then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance and Marketing from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra between 2005 and 2007.
