Hanson Grant

Hanson Grant has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 when they founded the Hanson Grant T-shirt Company. Hanson improved their interpersonal, entrepreneurial, leadership, graphic design and computer skills while leading a team of individuals to become the most successful businesses in the school. Hanson also worked as a Graphic Designer for Grant Graphics- Digital Print & Cut Supply, where they integrated himself into selling, servicing and supporting digital equipment and supplies, and improved their graphic design, entrepreneurial, sales, service and marketing skills. In 2012, they worked as a Professional Ski and Snowboard Instructor at Squaw Valley, as well as a Yosemite Housekeeper for Delaware North Companies. That same year, they were also the CEO of EyeCare for Boston, where they made executive decisions and oversaw all seven departments, expanded their knowledge of philanthropy through four community service projects, and improved their leadership, marketing, collaborative, communication and public speaking skills. In 2013, they were a Resident Assistant at Babson College, where they improved their management, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, and developed programming events to assess the needs of residents. In 2016, they worked as an Enterprise Architect for Grant Graphics- Digital Print & Cut Supply, where they researched, implemented and managed new systems including botkeeper, HubSpot, Shopify, Dialpad, Web Hooks with Zapier, Google G-Suite, Calendly, Trello, Google ads, Facebook ads, Klaviyo, lead generation, and many other workflows within those systems. Finally, in 2014, they were the CEO and Founder of Think Board.

Hanson Grant has an education history that includes a Bachelor's of Science and Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, which they obtained between 2012 and 2016. Hanson also obtained an Advanced Regents Diploma from Saratoga Springs High School between 2008 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, Hanson Grant has obtained several certifications, including a Certified Marketer Level 1 (CM1) from General Assembly in March 2020, a PADI - Scuba Dive Certification from PADI in April 2018, and an American Association of Snowboard Instructors from PSIA - AASI Professional Ski Instructors of America - American Association of Snowboard Instructors in December 2008.
