Charlotte Roussel

Charlotte Roussel is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in performance marketing and product strategy. Currently, Charlotte serves as the Senior Performance Marketing Manager at think-cell Software since March 2025. Prior to this role, Charlotte held the position of Director of Performance & Product Strategy at Million Ventures from February 2021 to January 2025 and founded Studio CR, a ceramic studio, from December 2020 to June 2023. Additionally, Charlotte has a robust background in performance marketing at Lamudi, where responsibilities included Head of Performance Marketing and Business Intelligence. Early career roles include positions at Rocket Internet GmbH, Team2Venture GmbH, and Oxfam.
