Meaghan Kind

Meaghan Kind has a diverse work experience in project management. Meaghan currently works as a Senior Project Manager/Producer at Think Company since August 2021. Previously, they were a Senior Project Manager at Hero Digital from February 2020 to July 2021. At Hero Digital, they focused on creating meaningful customer experiences through consulting, design, engineering, digital marketing, and data science.

Before joining Hero Digital, Meaghan worked at Think Company as a Senior Project Manager from August 2015 to May 2019. Meaghan managed projects with various development efforts, including traditional waterfall and agile methodologies. Meaghan also collaborated with client teams and adapted to different methodologies such as Lean, Kanban, and SAFe.

Prior to their role at Think Company, Meaghan worked as a Client Program Manager at Electronic Ink from June 2012 to August 2015. Their responsibilities included managing client engagements focused on enterprise research and design, with an annual budget of $1.5-2 million.

Meaghan began their career as a Product Implementation Specialist at SEI from July 2008 to June 2012.

In April 2018, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance, and in February 2018, they achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the same institution.
