Teresa Mitchell-Paterson is a seasoned naturopath with over 20 years of experience in integrative medical practice, currently serving as a co-founder of Nutrathrive Collective, focused on post-cancer support education. As a Fellow of the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society, Teresa has made significant contributions over a decade. In addition to clinical work, Teresa holds senior lecturer positions at Torrens University Australia and the Think Education Group, and has served on the Selector Health and Medical Panel for the Winston Churchill Trust. A dedicated public speaker, Teresa specializes in nutrition and naturopathy while emphasizing evidence-based learning within the natural therapies community. Educational credentials include a Master of Philosophy from Torrens University Australia and a Master of Health Science in Human Nutrition from Deakin University.
