Ruomi Gan has extensive experience in the culinary and business development sectors. Since August 2017, Ruomi has been a Work Study Student at FERRANDI Paris, focusing on French cuisine, wine appreciation, bakery, and kitchen management. Concurrently, Ruomi has served as a Business Development Manager at Think Food Concepts since August 2015. Ruomi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Portuguese from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor’s degree in Portuguese Language and Literature from Dalian University of Foreign Languages, obtained in 2013.
