Jade Richardson

Jade Richardson currently serves as the Inclusion Centre Deputy Manager at Think for the Future, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Family Support Worker at Malachi Specialist Family Support Services from February to September 2023, and as a Residential Support Worker at Young Foundations Ltd from March 2022 to March 2023. Jade has additional experience as an Early Childhood Educator at Willow Brooke Day Nursery and as a Private Nanny from March 2021 to May 2022. Between February 2018 and January 2021, Jade worked as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator and Learning Mentor at Positive Impact, focusing on engaging students with additional and complex needs. Jade holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Studies from the University of Northampton, completed in June 2017.
