Elisia Retsas

Elisia Retsas is an experienced professional currently serving as Founding Head of Community & Growth at a Stealth Startup, focusing on humanizing talent and opportunity matchmaking. Elisia is also an active member of the Product-Led Alliance, which aims to foster product-driven growth strategies. Previously, Elisia held various leadership positions at General Assembly, including VP of APAC, where responsibilities encompassed operations, growth, and regional expansion across multiple markets. Elisia's prior experience includes roles in content, growth, and operations management at THOP and legal practice in franchising law at Solomon Humble Commercial Lawyers. Elisia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Flinders University and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Adelaide, along with certifications in user experience design and digital marketing.
