Heleri Rande is a seasoned hospitality strategist and business leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and finance sectors. Currently a Partner at Think Hospitality Group since January 2019, Rande collaborates with entrepreneurs and executives to streamline strategy and optimize growth initiatives. As the Founder of HRande Consulting since November 2014, Rande specializes in market assessment and strategic advisory for hospitality brands. Rande previously served as the Director of Business Development for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Puccini Group, driving growth and connecting clients with resources for optimal solutions. Earlier career experience includes a series of roles at Citi from 2007 to 2013, culminating in the position of Vice President within the EMEA Corporate & Investment Bank, where Rande led budget processes and performance evaluations. Heleri Rande holds an MBA in Hospitality Administration from EHL and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from New York University.
