Scott Kratzer

Scott Kratzer has over 30 years of work experience. Scott began their career in 1987 as an Account Manager at UBS. In 1994, they became a Senior Consultant at EDS Management Consulting. Scott then moved to The Concours Group in 1998, where they worked as a Senior Consultant. In 2002, they were a Partner at Net Results Strategic Partners. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Vice President (Negotiations Consultant) at Think! Inc., an Independent Consultant, and a Vice President, Advisory Services at The Patent Board. In 2015, they became a Principal at Blue Ridge Partners. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Thalamus Labs as a Partner, where they lead companies and management teams to create and capture unique sources of value in the marketplace by combining growth strategy, technology, and world-class design.

Scott Kratzer has a long and varied educational history. Scott attended Union Co. HS from 1977 to 1981, where they completed their high school education. Scott then attended the University of Chicago from 1981 to 1985, where they earned an A.B. in Politics, Economics, Rhetoric & Law. After that, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1991 to 1994, where they earned an MBA. Scott has also taken courses at Harvard Business School, although they did not receive a degree.
