Andy Sinkovits has a strong background in biochemistry and molecular genetics, with a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph. Currently serving as the President at Think Ingredients, Andy works with food manufacturers to help them improve their products by understanding formulation considerations, processing implications, and costs associated with implementing changes. Prior to their current role, Andy held positions at companies such as Cambrian Solutions Inc. and Air Liquide, focusing on innovation, product management, and business development in the food and pharmaceutical sectors. Additionally, Andy has completed training in sales and sales management as well as strategic management solutions.
