Prior to that, Débora held the position of Senior HR Analyst at VINCI Energies for 12 years, where they managed payroll and benefits processes. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Faculdade de Administração e Ciências Contábeis Luzwell and a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management from Universidade Mackenzie.
