Lynsey Strydom MLPI

Lynsey Strydom MLPI has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lynsey most recently worked at Think Learning as a Client Services Team Leader starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service from 2015 to 2022 as an E-learning & LMS Development Officer, responsible for maintaining and developing the Learning Management System (LMS) and creating interactive E-learning packages. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Sunset Resort Trust as an Office Manager, where they handled administrative duties and built client relations for a vacation rental resort and residential estate. Lynsey also worked at Acergy as a Global Learning & Communications Coordinator from 2005 to 2007, and at Carillion as both a Learning & Development Coordinator from 2003 to 2005 and an Assistant to the Graduate Team from 2001 to 2002.

Lynsey Strydom MLPI completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Psychology & Sociology at the University of Surrey from 1999 to 2003.

In terms of additional certifications, in July 2021, they obtained the certification of Certified Designer of Online Learning from The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute). In May 2022, they became a member of The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute). Lastly, in February 2023, they earned the ITIL 4 ® Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
