Loriann Fill

Loriann Fill has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Loriann'smost recent role is Senior Customer Success Lead at Unibuddy, where they are focused on connecting prospective students with current university students and staff. Prior to this, they worked as a Director of Strategic Partnerships at StraighterLine, where they helped institutions improve retention and admit more college-ready students. Loriann also has experience as an Education Success Lead at Guidewire Software and a Senior Account Manager at Bright Horizons. Additionally, they were a Product Director and Service Center Manager at Kelly Services, where they managed a centralized service center and led the implementation of a new shared services model. Earlier in their career, they worked in research and marketing roles at BBDO Detroit, FTD Inc., Lintas, and Kelly Services.

Loriann Fill obtained their Masters and Bachelors degrees in Advertising and English from Michigan State University. In March 2022, they also received a certification for Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design.
