Matthew Johnson

Matthew Johnson is a seasoned software engineer and former drilling fluids engineer with a diverse background in both fields. Currently serving as a Backend Software Engineer at thinkmoney since May 2024, Matthew previously held roles at Accenture UK & Ireland as a Full Stack/Backend Engineer in Next Gen Engineering. At Accenture, responsibilities included building backend solutions, upskilling teams, and enhancing agile methodologies. As a Senior Associate Consultant at Infinity Works, Matthew contributed to the development of data pipelines and full stack solutions while mentoring in-house teams. Prior experience includes a focus on drilling fluids engineering at MI-SWACO and Halliburton, where expertise encompassed managing drilling operations and ensuring safety through data monitoring. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geology from the University of Portsmouth.
