Olivia Cole

Olivia Cole has extensive experience in customer service and payment operations, currently holding several senior roles at thinkmoney since January 2018, including Card Payment Senior, Chargeback & Payment Operations Senior, and Complaints Officer, in addition to serving as a Customer Service Mentor and Specialist. Prior to thinkmoney, Olivia worked as a Barista at Caffè Nero from April 2017 to January 2018 and as a Sales Advisor at Superdrug from October 2016 to April 2017. Olivia is a graduate of Stretford Grammar School.
