Diana Neidecker

Diana Neidecker is an experienced community engagement professional currently serving as the Community Engagement Coordinator at Think Small® since November 2017. Prior to this role, Neidecker worked as the Assistant Director at The Blake School's Cub House, an early learning center, from February 2015 to September 2017. As the owner of Be Nice Box from October 2013 to April 2015, Neidecker created a subscription service focused on promoting kindness through a 'random acts of kindness toolkit.' Additionally, Neidecker contributed to the kindness blog A Year of Minnesota Nice as a blogger from April 2013 to April 2015, sharing daily acts of kindness. Neidecker holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned between 2002 and 2005.
