Chau Mandate, PHR

Chau Mandate, PHR has over 20 years of Human Resources experience. From 2019 to present, Chau has served as Director and Human Resources Generalist at THINK Surgical. From 2010 to 2019, Chau served as Interim HR Manager at Various, Inc., where they managed the day-to-day administration of HR policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate objectives. From 2009 to 2010, Chau served as Program Manager at Volt On-site @ Tesla Motors, where they managed an onsite program and partnered with hiring managers and departments to understand current and future staffing needs. From 2004 to 2009, Chau served as Program Manager and Program Coordinator at Volt On-site @ Netflix, Inc., where they managed an on-site program, identified, set up and supervised over 100 staffing vendors, and trained new vendors on customer hiring requirements. From 2000 to 2004, Chau served as Certified Personnel Supervisor at SelectRemedy, where they recruited for temporary, contract, and direct placements for the administrative, manufacturing, light industrial, and mortgage industries.

Chau Mandate holds a B.A. in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained between 1997 and 2000. In addition, they hold a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
