Nick Margree has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. Nick began their career in 1997 as a Product Specialist and Territory Manager for Stryker in the UK & Ireland. In 2003, they moved on to Midland Medical Technologies as the National Sales Manager for the same region. In 2004, they joined Smith & Nephew as the General Manager for the UK & Ireland, where they had full P&L responsibility and managed a team of 65 people with 9 direct reports. In 2005, they became the owner of Big Bamboo Racing. In 2008, they returned to the medical device industry as the General Manager for Zimmer Biomet in the UK & Ireland, where they had full P&L responsibility and managed a team of 100 people with 10 direct reports. In 2010, they joined Optimize Consulting as a Business Consultant. In 2011, they returned to Stryker as the Global Brand Director for the Exeter Hip portfolio, where they were responsible for upstream and downstream marketing globally. Nick then took on the role of Sales Director for Robotics in the UK, followed by Senior Director for Marketing in Europe, where they were responsible for the Product Management teams across Europe. In 2022, they joined Ortho Robotics Ltd. as the Director, and then THINK Surgical as the Vice President of Marketing.

Nick Margree attended the University of Bath from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an Exec MBA. Prior to this, they attended the University of Bristol from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a BSc Hons in Pharmacology.
