Rosaline Soosaimanickam has worked in a variety of roles since 2000. Rosaline began their career at Alcatel-Lucent as a Member of Technical Staff. In 2003, they worked at Dell as a Test Engineer (Consultant) and an Engineering Analyst. Rosaline then moved to Target as a Test Lead (Consultant) in 2004. In 2007, they joined 3M as a Software Test Specialist. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Boston Scientific as a Senior Software Engineer / Scrum Master and Software Engineer II. Finally, Rosaline has worked at THINK Surgical since 2016, first as a Senior Software Test Engineer and then as Manager, Software Test Engineering.

Rosaline then attended Anna University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics.
