Jeff Welch

Jeff Welch has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Jeff began their career in 1997 as a Solution Architect for UP/Interactive Media Corporation/Pearson/Vangent. Jeff was proficient in many development languages including Flash AS2/AS3, ASP, SQL, HTML, DHTML, XML, SGML, Visual Basic, and numerous scripting languages. In 2010, they joined PDRI as a Solution Architect for the CTS Division. Jeff provided consulting expertise on efforts involving industry standards including Section 508, ADA, SCORM, AICC, IMS, and IEEE. In 2014, they joined Think Systems, Inc. as Senior Vice President, Strategy - Services, Product and Acquisition. In this role, they operated as an extension of business executives specializing in IT initiatives, including business management and transformation consulting, IT program management consulting, organizational and cultural alignment consulting, and consulting services, product and acquisition management.

Jeff Welch obtained a Diploma in Electronics Engineering and Maintenance from the Computer Technical Institute between 1987 and 1988. Jeff then went on to earn an Applied Problem Solving in Business degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Unconventional Knowledge Development. In December 2022, they also obtained a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
