Karen Monroe has over 20 years of work experience. Karen began their career in 1997 as a Senior Analyst at Fidelity & Deposit. In 2000, they became a Network Consultant at Ease Technologies, followed by a Network Engineer position at Interwoven in 2003. In 2004, they took on the role of Support Center Manager at Educate Online. In 2012, they were a Consultant at Mosaica Education, Inc. and then a IT Project Manager at Franklin Bank and Trust Company in 2013. In 2014, they became the Director of Customer Engagement at Calvert Education Services. In 2015, they were a Deployment Engineer at IRG - Industry Retail Group, followed by a Salesforce Implementation Specialist at Great Minds in 2018. Karen is currently a Sr. Project Manager at Think, a position they have held since 2022.
Karen Monroe holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics/Statistics from Western Kentucky University. Karen also holds a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce.
