Paul Fleck

Paul Fleck has held multiple roles in various companies over the years. In 2013, they began as an Operations Intern at 2U. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Healthcare Legal Solutions, LLC, where they held the roles of Paralegal, IT Analyst, Senior IT Analyst, and Project Manager of IT Development. In their most recent role, they have been an Associate Project Manager at Think since 2022. In their role at Healthcare Legal Solutions, LLC, they evaluated and completed third-party problematic claims from Payers such as Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care Organizations, Commercial, Blue Cross, etc., and conducted legal research and wrote medical record appeals based on government regulations and statutory law (EMTALA and Millman/InterQual Guidelines). As Project Manager of IT Development, they evaluated and worked with clients and internally to find proactive opportunities for high-quality and time-sensitive RPA solutions in the workplace, and managed the entire project life cycle for all RPA development projects.
