Akankhya Mahapatra has experience as a Senior Associate in Behavioural Assessment Solutions at Think Talent Services. Prior to this, they were a Management Trainee involved in Consultancy projects and Virtual Assessment solutions. They have also interned in Human Resources at ElAmigo-Ecom and in Social Media Marketing at Aashman Foundation and Pie Rooms. They obtained an Integrated MBA in Marketing and HR from Utkal University.
